Dear Jim, Betsy, Michelle and all the Staff at Pampered Pets,
We wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of our dogs Taylor and Desi this weekend, hopefully they were well behaved for you. It was our first experience boarding our dogs (I have had Taylor for 13 years!!) and we were very nervous about it. Jim I appreciated how much time you took with me on the phone, answering my questions, and as soon as we walked in the staff put our minds at ease. We really appreciated that you let us go with the dogs to their kennel to set up their beds before we left, it meant a lot to us. All of the staff we met were very friendly and curtious to us and very kind with the dogs. We loved all of the options you offer as far as playing with the dogs and of course the afternoon treats. :)

Hello, Pamperers!
I just want to tell you how very pleased my husband and I are with your care of our cats. Since losing our cat-sitter, we have been reluctant to travel. But we decided to give it a shot and planned a two-week trip. When we picked up The Boys yesterday, they looked great. Their coats gleamed and their claws were clipped. Obviously, their daily play sessions became grooming sessions.

Dear Friends,
Bella said she would very much like to try your "Pilgrim Plate" Thanksgiving dinner. She may or may not eat much so don't be insulted if she does not lick her plate clean. Nice touch!
Bella has been a guest at Pampered Pets for almost 2 years and you have been able to provide a home away from home for her. Everyone is friendly,caring and professional and obviously love the animals under your care. It is so reassuring to know that Bella is safe and looked after by the staff. Many thanks.
