Our Salon

We are here to help our four-legged guests look and feel their best! Proper grooming is essential to pet health and well-being. Our experienced, award-winning salon staff will take great care to tend to your cat or dog’s specific needs while making them comfortable during their day at our salon.

Grooming isn’t just for poodles! Even short haired breeds require regular baths and brushing to help keep their coats healthy and shiny. On longer haired breeds, undercoating and mats must be removed to prevent dry, irritated skin and general discomfort. On all dogs, keeping their nails trimmed is a must for preventing painful overgrowth and its associated problems.

Cat and dog grooming differ and our pet grooming team has extensive experience styling many different breeds, both cat and dog. Regular grooming not only helps your pet look and feel good, it keeps them healthier too.

Grooming your pets is part of keeping them healthy and happy. Depending on the breed, age, coat, and health conditions, pets should be groomed regularly once every four to six weeks. Our grooming team will be happy to discuss a schedule that is right for your pet!
Specific grooming prices can be quoted over the phone and vary depending on breed, size, type of grooming, condition of coat, and cooperation during grooming. Our Grooming Specialist will be happy to discuss our grooming options and prices with you.
Contact us directly by phone (434) 293-7387 ext. 2, drop by our facility, or use our grooming appointment request form. Our pet care consultants will be happy to discuss all the options we have to offer!
If you must cancel your pet’s grooming appointment, please do so as soon as possible.

For the health and safety of all of our guests, pets being groomed in our salon must be up-to-date on the same vaccinations (listed below) as our boarding guests.

Canines: Rabies, Bordetella (Canine Cough Vaccination), Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo and Para-Influenza (the last four are usually administered in the DHPP combination vaccine). Felines: Rabies and Distemper.

Documentation from a veterinarian is required for each of our guests before admittance can be allowed. If your pet requires an updated vaccination, please make arrangements for the vaccination to be administered no less than 7 days before any grooming time is scheduled. Titers will be accepted with proper documentation.

Pets with grooming appointments should arrive between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. Upon check-in, our Grooming Specialist will discuss a scheduled time for pick-up. The latest pick-up time for grooming appointments is 5:30 PM on weekdays and 4:00 PM on weekends.

Our Grooming Salon offers many options for cats, including bathing, comb-outs, coat treatments, claw trimming, and more. Please give us a call at (434) 293-7387 ext. 2, drop by our facility, or use our online grooming appointment request form to discuss your cat’s needs.
